2011 Annual Shareholders' Meeting and Election

Cape Fox Corporation held its’ 38th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Election on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at the Saxman Community Center. The shareholders elected three new directors, who will serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors. Congratulations to Frederick D. Lauth, Sr., Richard Shields, Sr., and Candace Williams!

Three Cape Fox Corporation shareholders won $100 cash in a special drawing held at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. The winners were randomly selected from the shareholders who updated their Cape Fox Corporation Testamentary Disposition. Our winners were Mae Denny, Daniel Williams, and Jeffrey Perez.
