There are employees who strongly represent the company through their work. A few are also individuals who grew up within the company and are embedded in its success. These employees strongly believe in not just representing the company but also serving as symbols of its history, people, and culture. One such employee is shareholder Denny Blair Jr. Denny began his journey with Cape Fox Tours as a Native Child Dancer, where he learned to be comfortable sharing his culture with an audience. From there, he became a Tour Host and eventually the Manager of Operations. Since 2025, Denny has worked in the Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) Shareholder Services Department as a voice and resource for other shareholders. His hard work, commitment to CFC’s success, and growth over the years have earned him a Cape Fox Tináa Award for Employee Excellence, presented to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude. Denny exemplifies the purpose of this award, and CFC Shareholder Services was pleased to honor him with this recognition.
Denny’s story is one of dedication, growth, hard work, and a deep commitment to CFC and its people. Denny’s current title is Shareholder Services Specialist, where he manages and maintains all shares held by Cape Fox Corporation. Whether transferring shares by gifting or estate settlement, or updating paperwork, he handles all things related to shares held by CFC shareholders.
Denny stood out in particular for his willingness to learn and help the corporation. He adapts quickly to the corporation’s needs and assists wherever he can. He is a fast learner wherever he goes, always shows up on time, and is willing to work long hours to ensure the work gets done on time. Crystal Blair, Business Manager, commented that “It has been incredible to watch Denny grow through every chapter of his career, and I couldn’t be prouder of the person and employee he is becoming. I can’t wait to see what he accomplishes in this next chapter.”
