Human Resources oversees an employee’s journey with the company, starting from recruitment and hiring, through onboarding, training, managing benefits and payroll, handling employee relations, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance. Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) HR is also responsible for creating a positive work environment and supporting the organization in achieving its goals. Many of the HR staff work behind the scenes, but they are still part of the heart of the organization. One HR employee has consistently stood out for his calm presence, effective leadership, and commitment to quality. Kevin Marshall, the Director of Human Resources, was recently nominated and presented with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award recognizes employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude.
Kevin has worked with CFSS HR since July 2013. Kevin leads and manages the HR operations and recruiting functions for Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) on both the federal and commercial sides, developing and implementing strategic HR goals, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
