Most often, the greatest successes do not show all the work behind the scenes from teams of dedicated staff. Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) handles everything from accounting to communications to human resources and IT. Each team works behind the scenes towards the organization’s mission and achievement. Yet, behind the curtain, there are staff who shine and stand out. One such hard-working, exceptional team member is Todd Fell. Todd works with our payroll team and has stood out for his dedication, commitment to quality, positive attitude, and dependability. For this, CFSS is spotlighting Todd with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. CFSS is honored to present him with this award. The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Todd has worked with CFSS since 2020 as the Senior Labor/Payroll Specialist. He has consistently been an integral member of the payroll team. Todd is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing through Costpoint. His core duties include timesheet oversight, coordination, employee and supervisor support, providing assistance and guidance to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, quality assurance, and collaboration with teammates to meet strict processing deadlines and maintain compliance.
Todd was nominated for a Cape Fox Spotlight by CFC Billing Manager, Phuong Tran, who stated that “Todd Fell has been phenomenal. He has assisted the Billing Team with giving employees seat licenses, running imports, and adding project codes to employees’ timesheets. Especially, posting correction timesheets IMMEDIATELY. Without his help and support, we couldn’t get the billing done on time. I think it’s important to recognize the hard-working and helpful employee, just like Todd!” Corinne Ulloa, CFC Payroll Manager, added, “Todd stands out because of his dedication and consistent commitment to quality. He not only ensures that timesheets are processed timely and accurately, but he also goes the extra mile to give his teammates enough time for review by working ahead of deadlines. His hard work, efficiency, and attention to detail reflect how much he cares about both the integrity of payroll and the success of the team. Beyond his technical skills, his considerate and collaborative nature makes him a dependable partner who elevates those around him.”
When Todd is not in the office, he loves spending time with his two dogs, playing Pickleball, or starting a good bowling game with friends. CFSS is delighted to have Todd as part of the payroll team. He is well-deserved of this recognition and spotlight. Thank you, Todd!
