Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is spotlighting Su Kim for her consistently high-quality work, attention to detail, and her commitment to and willingness in her position and to the company. Su is a Junior Accountant, and CFSS is honored to present her with the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. The Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude.
Su started with CFSS six months ago, and this is her first job. As a Junior Accountant for CFSS, she monitors the expense inbox, enters all employee reimbursements, books AMEX payments, books VISA payments, processes expense reports, and helps record AP reclassifications. Through her work, Su has consistently delivered high-quality work with strong attention to detail while maintaining speed and efficiency. She learns quickly and adapts to her training. She takes the initiative to thoroughly research new requests and independently connects the pieces, often resolving issues on her own with minimal guidance. Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently make her a valuable team member.
Su was nominated for a Tinàa award by Billing Manager Phuong Tran, who stated, “I would like to nominate Su for the Tinàa Award. My staff came to me and told me how good Su was. She joined CFSS for short periods to help enter AP vouchers and expense reports, but she is a hardworking hero of expense reports whose attention to detail and dedication are crucial to the Billing Department. She has done a fantastic job by catching expense report discrepancies, missing receipts, and missing approvals, saving PAs from the back-and-forth email with employees and managers. She has simplified our vouchers and expense reports processing, significantly reducing our month-end chaos.”
Su is a hard-working, contemplative individual. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the violin and reading. CFSS is proud to have her on our team, contributing to our success and motivating others by example. Thank you, Su!
