Many Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) positions are performed without fanfare or accolades. The employees provide support and assistance, without their names being heralded for all they did to contribute to success. One example is the IT Services team members who help Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) employees perform their work without interruption in digital services. This support often entails listening, helping, and assisting individuals on tight deadlines. One employee, Matt Reed, has stood out from the crowd for his pleasant rapport with employees and his enthusiastic, enterprising attitude to each IT issue that comes across his desk. For these reasons, Matt was recently recognized with the Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award honors employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and a positive attitude.
While Matt has not been an employee at CFSS long, having started in January 2026 as a Desktop Technician III, he has instantly garnered attention for his professional yet approachable demeanor. Matt provides end-user support and troubleshooting for IT issues.
