Annie started working for CFSS 18 months ago. She works hard daily managing the AP email inboxes, processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments, and handling bank deposits. Annie serves as the key AP contact for vendor issues and the check run process. Her responsibilities encompass accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, account setups, and a range of other accounting tasks. She’s dependable and accurate, steps up during busy or short-staffed periods, learns quickly, and proactively coordinates with vendors to keep invoices and payments flowing smoothly. She works efficiently, but never sacrifices accuracy for speed, operates independently while still asking questions when needed, and takes feedback well.
In a recent event, Annie stood out for clearing the backlog and organizing the prior year’s AP filing, while also making the records audit-ready and easier for the team to navigate. Annie is a reliable, growth-minded team player who consistently goes above and beyond. She was nominated for the Cape Fox Tinàa Award by Cape Fox Tours Manager Adrianna Oliva-Parks, who stated:
