Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) is shining a spotlight on an employee at CFC restaurant 108 Taphouse and Burger Bar, Justin Haggard. Justin started working for CFC as a server/bartender at Cape Fox Lodge in 2018 and in 2019 was a natural choice to transition over to 108 Taphouse as the Bar Manager. Justin has stood out for his creativity, talent, passion. Justin has a positive attitude and brings that into his job. He is always ready to greet customers and find creations that bring them coming back for more. It is this creativity, hard work, and dedication that makes him stand out. He exemplifies the spirit of Cape Fox, and we are delighted to honor him with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence.
Justin was nominated for a Cape Fox Employee Spotlight by Cape Fox Lodge Office Manager Michelle Lewis. Michelle remarked that “Justin exudes passion for his creative talent of always bringing awesome flavors and beauty, to his craft cocktails. He leads 108 with positivity and always strives to do better and create more.”
