Cape Fox Lodge is excited to announce our recognition by AAA for Best of Housekeeping property for 2020. This recognition means our Lodge has significantly surpassed expectations for cleanliness. The criteria for hotels are measured during an inspector’s on-site evaluation.
AAA has been providing traveler recommendations for 117 years. For 82 years, AAA has been visiting hotels, campgrounds, and lodges to inspect and provide an evaluation to travelers, so they know what to expect when they are traveling. This has meant staying on top of and adapting to travel trends and the modern needs of each traveler. To that end, in 2020, AAA updated their Diamond Program. Cape Fox Lodge is excited to be part of this Diamond Program and to have a well-cared-for property anyone would want to visit.
Cape Fox Lodge is also proud of Brooke Putnam, who is the Executive Housekeeper at the Lodge. Her hard work is one of the reasons Cape Fox Lodge is receiving this recognition. Tim Lewis, Commercial Business Operations Manager, recently said, “Brooke has been doing this job for three years and has done an amazing job in a position she had never been in before.”
