Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said, “There are two kinds of heroes. Heroes who shine in the face of great adversity, who perform an amazing feat in a difficult situation. And heroes who live among us, who do their work unceremoniously, unnoticed by many of us, but who make a difference in the lives of others.” Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) has many unsung heroes who contribute to the company’s success. These extraordinary employees humbly shine through their work. Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) recognizes one of its unsung heroes, Lisa Coffey. Lisa is the Human Resources (HR) Manager. While she stands out for her diligent work, commitment to the company, and her loyalty to her coworkers, she does so with a quiet smile and a pleasant attitude that proves her to be an exceptional asset to the CFSS HR team. CFSS proudly presents Lisa with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence. This award is given to employees who demonstrate dedication, performance, dependability, productivity, and attitude. Lisa’s continued excellence of work and steadfast commitment exemplify the embodiment of an employee of CFC.

Lisa has worked with CFSS as the HR Manager since July 2018. She is responsible for all employment offers and coordinates the onboarding of all Cape Fox employees. When Lisa was nominated for a Tinaa award by Saxman Director of Operations Tim Cullen, he remarked on her daily presence in the office and her constant availability to assist others. Lisa will scan mail to all managers who are not in the office each day, send out offer letters even after work hours, and guide new employees so they are comfortable as they begin their Cape Fox professional journey. An endless number of others also commented on Lisa and how she has helped and been an invaluable resource.

Cape Fox CFO, Michael Bartlett, commented, “Lisa takes care of many little things for Cape Fox Shared Services going above and beyond to support her HR and Recruiting team as well as our employees. She does so not because she seeks recognition but because its the right thing for a conscientious, hard worker like Lisa to do.”

Leslie Eaton, Concentric Methods Director of Operations stated, “Lisa is an amazing co-worker, she will and always has been so supportive. If she can’t help you, she will find someone who can and will follow up with you to ensure you got what you needed. I’ve heard from many employees over the years how they called HR and Lisa helped them…and they always add “and she’s so nice”.  I’m so very thankful for her work ethic, her dedication and willingness to help others. She is an absolutely wonderful person to work with.”

These are remarkable accolades for Lisa and are very much well-deserved. She is a bright light in the CFSS office. Whenever you pass by, she offers everyone a smile. Her work and her attitude stand out from the crowd and she truly is an asset. Thank you, Lisa!
