Cape Fox Lodge (CFL) is shining a spotlight on an employee who whose gentle spirit and can-do attitude makes her stand out. Amelia Montero has worked at Cape Fox Lodge for 16 years. During her time at CFL, she has worked hard as the “main” laundry personnel. She may have a job behind the scenes, but Amelia has stood out as a hard worker who enthusiastically does her job while showing her coworkers respect. Her dedication to Cape Fox makes her a valuable asset to our Team. Amelia’s hard work and dedication make her a leader with the strength to lead by example. She exemplifies the spirit of Cape Fox, and we are delighted to honor her with a Cape Fox Tinàa Award for Employee Excellence.
Amelia was nominated for a Cape Fox Spotlight by Cape Fox Lodge Office Manager Michelle Lewis. Michelle remarked that Amelia, “is a caring and gentle soul that we all greatly value. For Amelia, her family are important to her and for CFL, Amelia is one of the family. We value her punctuality and her spirit. With any task she is given, big or small, she puts her effort into making sure she completes it well.
